LCDR Donna Snodgrass, NSCC Regional Director
LCDR Snodgrass serves as Regional Director and has served the Corps for over 15 years.

LCDR. Roger Hawkins, NSCC (Ret) Associate Regional Director
Commander Hawkins is retired from the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. He is the former Commanding Officer of the Little Rock Division and is currently the Commanding Officer of the yearly Homeland Security summer training- one of the most unique and popular trainings the Corps offers.

LCDR Virgil Hobbs, NSCC (Retired) Former Associate Regional Director
LCDR Hobbs is the recent/former Commanding Officer of the Little Rock Division and an Associate Regional Director. He is a retired US Navy Senior Chief Corpsman (HMCS) and is a licensed long-term care administrator. He has served in the Corps for 6 years and is now retired from the Corps, as well as the Navy!

LT Raymond Bradshaw, NSCC Commanding Officer (Skipper)
LT Bradshaw has served three years in the Corps. He has over 27 years of service in the navy and is a currently serving Chief Machinist's Mate (MMC) in the naval reserve.

LTJG Rob Medford, NSCC Executive Officer
LTJG Meford joined the unit in 2004. An active-duty Army veteran, he is now a vital part of the community's fire service. As such, he teaches classes on weapons of mass destruction, haz-mat, and explosives for the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management. LTJG Medford also developed courses for, and trains students at, the Homeland Security Camp held every summer at Camp Robinson. In his spare time, he is a highly-qualified rescue diver, holding many advanced certifications.

LT Shawna Bradshaw, NSCC Administrative Officer
LT Bradshaw has served the Corps for 7 years. She is, by far, one of the best Administrative Officers in the Corps and is an asset to the LR Division. In her every day life, she is an FSA representative and is the wife of the "skipper".

LT Mike McCune, NSCC Supply/Operations Officer
LT McCune retired from the US Navy as a Chief Radioman (RMC). He has served with the Corps since 2001 and is also a retired Senior Engineer from Lucent Technologies. He is a very active VFW officer and state leader and is a wealth of information regarding naval customs and courtesies.

LT Christopher Johnson, NCC Public Affairs Officer
LT Johnson has served with the LR Division since 2001. He is formerly the commanding officer of the United States Division in Lansing, Michigan and served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello, Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, and the University of Phoenix, and he holds a Doctorate of Humanities degree (h.c.). He is a Commissioned Lieutenant Colonel in the United States National Defense Corps, where he has recently been elected to the Board of Directors and serves as the Corps' Judge Advocate General (JAG).

Ensign Melissa McCune, NSCC Training Officer
Ensign McCune has recently joined the LR Division as Training Officer. In her civilian life, she is Vice-President of Operations at Summit Bank in Bryant, Arkansas.
